Anpanman
Anpanman — the cheerful red-bean-bun superhero loved by generations of children — is also one of the easiest origami characters to make, which makes him a perfect first project for kids and beginners. With just two squares of paper and a handful of simple folds, you'll build his round, friendly face and finish it with a quick pen to draw on the eyes and smile. It's a wonderful rainy-day craft, a sweet party activity, or a charming handmade gift topper. Grab your favorite colors and let's fold everyone's favorite hero.
Here’s how to fold Anpanman from origami paper.

How to Fold Anpanman
I use two sheets of origami paper.

One sheet uses 3 of the 9 equal parts.

Step 1. Crease along the diagonal.

Step 2. Fold each corner toward the center.

Step 3. Fold each square as shown, then turn it over to complete the face.

Step 4. Fold the smaller piece in the same way.

Step 5. Glue the pieces together as shown.

Step 6. Draw the mouth and eyes with a pen, and your Anpanman is complete.
